Product Condition: The BMW 3-Series Specialty Rack - Locking is in Excellent condition. This rack has only been used once or twice at the very most. It does not have any apparent cuts, stains, holes or defects. With the exception of 1 small screw, all of the pieces are included with the product. The instructions have been misplaced, but can be found on the Thule.com website in any language you would like. The bars and accompanying items do have some scratches and dust on them, but are still completely functional. Additionally, the original box has been damaged heavily in the shipping process.
